If you go by definition, Vastu Shastra is the science of construction in the traditional Hindu system of design based on directional elements. In the olden days, these used to apply for construction of the Hindu temples. Today followers of the Hindu faith apply the theories of Vastu Shastra in all their activities. Now when somebody is about to enter into a business venture he needs a bit of luck going for him. Thus, it becomes all the more important for him to follow the guidelines of Vastu Shastra. They say that if you follow the Vastu Shastra lady luck is bound to smile upon you.
Now here are certain tips which if followed will bring prosperity and glory to your business. The first thing, which you will have to do, is to find the plot, which is best, suited for the factory location. The plot, which you must choose for your factory, must be narrower at the entrance. However, the back may be wider as you may need space for your factory. Here you also need to be practical and look at other things such as land composition, road connectivity; electricity and water supply should also help you to take important decisions.
Now after you have acquired the plot entrance is the next big factor. The main gate should be situated in the eastern or at the most northeastern side of the plot. You should also try your best to ensure that the remaining doors are also very much in the same direction. It can at the most be in the North West. The ideal position of the guardroom should be on the North West side of the north-facing gate or the southeastern side of the east-facing gate.
The storeroom is very important for a factory as all the raw materials are stored here. It is ideal for a factory if the storeroom is in the southwest. The car parking space should be situated in the North West portion of the factory premises.
