Srinagar Development Authority brings forth proposals for the further development of various aspects of housing infrastructure and gets them executed through private participation. The city with its bountiful gifts of nature offers a serene environment for a pleasurable way of life and people long for having a dwelling place in the lap of the lofty mountains. The past few years have seen a rise in the demands for residential accommodation in every category. Hence, the housing authorities have taken measures to bridge the gap between supply and demand. Even private players are contributing in the development process of the city. However, it is the fundamental infrastructure of the city that continues to be the focal point of all development activities. On the other hand, the thrust on development is steadily appreciating the prices of real estate in Srinagar , thus, opening up a new channel for real estate investors. The links given below will provide you more info regarding the current work of development going on in Srinagar.
