Samsung India Service Center is the authorized after sales service and repair venture of Samsung India Ltd. for their entire range of Electronics in India . Each Samsung India product carries a warranty by the company for the warranty period specific to each product.
Free repair and replace service is provided for any part or parts of the product entirely free of charge. Any fault in the Samsung product due to fault in the material, workmanship or any other manufacturing defect is duly handled. Repairing of the defective part or product is done by the expert engineers team of Samsung India Service Centres.
The Samsung India Service Centres have formed a nationwide network of Company Service Centers, Authorized Service Centers and Samsung Dealer's Service Centres. Samsung India Service Centres take full repair and replacement warranty of their products' parts within the specified warranty period that usually varies from product to product provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Warranty Card accompanying any Samsung product is duly filled and mailed to the Samsung Service Center.
- The warranty card is presented to the authorized personnel from Samsung Service Centre.
- The product is purchased from an Authorized Samsung Dealer only.
- There is no alteration in the physical construction or electrical circuits of the product.
- The previous Repair or Service of the concerned product is done by personnel from the Authorized Samsung Service Center and not from any private service provider.
