Patna Regional Development Authority which was formed by the State Government of Bihar came up with a Master plan 2021. This Master plan layout by the experts of various fields of engineering, architecture, town planning, etc aims to completely transform the city's look and bring its name in the top metro cities in the Indian subcontinent. This Master plan of Patna Regional Development Authority (PRDA) comprises of astonishing facts and figures as it proposes to expand its projects from the current 135 sq. km to 333.2 sq. km. Owing to the tremendous increase in the population growing demand of homes, flats, plots, etc PRDA Patna came up with their Master plan and convert the city's outlook drastically.Patna Development Authority plans to undertake construction of clubs, parks & playgrounds, movie halls, theatres, etc besides undertaking extension of roads across the city. But PRDA - Patna Regional Development Authority also proposed to reduce the areas under religions, archeological & historical sites, medical & educational institutes, government offices, etc. | |
