Township planned by KSL : Nagpur will soon witness the coming up of an integrated township by a leading real estate developer, KSL and Industries Ltd. Ascendas to develop an IT park in Nagpur : One of the largest Asian real estate developers, Ascendas, has proposed to develop an IT park in Nagpur simultaneously with the development of another one in Pune. Slated to be finished in 5 to 7 years, the project will be executed in collaboration with Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC). Total area required for the development of the project will be 63 acre and it will be named as International Tech Park Nagpur (ITPN).
