Greater Noida is a city located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh and lying south-east to the National Capital Territory of Delhi. A fast growing NCR area situated adjacent to Noida, a well-known industrial township in Asia, Greater Noida offers immense investment opportunities in residential, institutional and industrial sectors. At present, the city houses a host of domestic and multi-national companies from across the globe. The city is fast emerging as an educational hub with a number of private institution coming up every new year. The establishment of Gautam Budh university is seen as an important milestone in this respect. Important landmarks in the city include The India Expo Center, Jaypee Greens Golf Course, Parichowk, Lager Stormia Complex and Alpha-1 Commercial Belt, besides Gautam Budh University. The India expo Center is established to facilitate organization of international exhibitions, while Jaypee Greens is an eighteen hole golf course designed meticulously by Greg Norman. Several other residential and commercial construction projects are pipelined to get executed in immediate future. A project to develop an international airport near Jewar village is also under consideration. After successful completion of 2021 master plan, the city of Greater Noida hopes to acquire a prominent position on the city map of India.
