Greater Noida Plot Schemes launched by the GNIDA – Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority for residential plots of area 120 sq. mtr. and 200 sq. mtr. in Sector XU-II and Sector 03 has been announced. The Greater Noida Development Authority has declared the respective dates of Scheme opening and closing on the Greater Noida Authority Website. Some details include:
- Date of opening of Scheme: 3rd July 2008
- Date of closing of Scheme: 22nd August 2008
- Expected Date for Plots Draw: 22nd December 2008
The Greater Noida Plot Schemes includes residential land in the form of 120 and 200 sq. mtr. plots in Greater Noida in newly developed Sectors 3, and XU – II. The Greater Noida Plot Forms are available through various Bank Branches (the complete list has been provided on the Greater Noida Authority site) and also online as a direct download.
The Greater Noida Vikas Pradhikaran charges an application fee of Rs.1100 for the respective plots form for 120 sq. mtr. or 200 sq. mtr. plots in General Category, farmers category as well as other reserved categories. The duly filled and signed applications are then put through a draw system that decides the allotments. The Greater Noida Land allotment under this plot scheme is for a free hold lease of 90 years.
