DDA Application Forms for the New Housing Scheme announced by DDA in August 2008 are available through DDA Direct Sales Counters set up at the DDA Head Office in Vikas Sadan, New Delhi, all leading branches of banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC, IDBI, Axis bank, Central bank of India Vikas Sadan, Union Bank of India (Nehru Place) and also as direct download from the DDA Website.
The DDA Application Forms would be available from 6th Aug 2008 to 16th Sept 2008. The forms can be purchased along with the brochure at a cost of Rs 100. There is no income limit levied for filling any application form for a DDA Flat under the new scheme 2008. The duly completed DDA Flats application forms can be submitted to the DDA. The expected date of the draw is first week of Nov 2008 and the expected allotment date as announced by DDA is Dec 20009.
The registration fee to accompany the application form is Rs. 1.5 Lakhs for all category flats. This registration fee would be refunded in case allotments is not drawn and if the allotments is made, this fee is adjusted in the total price of the Flat alloted. The registration fee is to be sent in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) or Banker's Cheque from any Bank in favor of DDA Housing.
The documents to be attached with the DDA Application form are a self attested copy of your PAN Card that is the income proof and a copy of residence proof. In case of application under the reserved category, the relevant and applicable documents of reserve category certificate are to be attached along with the above mentioned documents, DD or Banker's Cheque and the application form.
