One-bedroom flats in Delhi are now a reality with DDA new Housing Scheme offering over 3500 One-bedroom flats across various locations in Delhi including Rohini sectors 28 & 18, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj and Lok Nayak Puram. These DDA 1 bedroom flats are affordable as the price range is over 40% less than the ongoing market prices. The specific area covered for these flats varies from 39.39 to 53.49 sq. mtr.
The application forms and brochure are available either online through the DDA website or through the DDA Sales Counter at Vikas Sadan and various branches of SBI, ICICI, HDFC, IDBI, Axis Bank, Central Bank of India, and Union Bank of India at a cost of Rs.100. Along with the form, the applicant is required to submit a Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs as registration fee (refundable), self-attested copies of PAN, Residential Proof and Reserve Category Certificate if applicable.
