All are 3- and 4-BHK apartments with connected balconies, powder toilet, store room and servant room. The starting price of an apartment under this project has been estimated at around Rs. 42.44 lakhs, which goes up to Rs. 74.06 lakhs. Each flat will have an area measuring between 1845 square feet and 2630 square feet.



  • Capital Greens -

    This is a new residential project of DLF, which is coming up in New Delhi. It is an 18-floor residential project, which is expected to offer of nearly 500 flats, including both 2-BHK and 3-BHK flats. Each apartment will have a size that would vary between 1200 square feet to 1525 square feet area. The base price of a flat under this new project is expected to start at Rs. 54 lakhs, and might go up to Rs. 117 lakhs.



  • DLF Maiden Heights –

    It’s their new venture near Electronic City in Bangalore, and you can expect a steady growth in the rates of these apartment just like their previous project Westend Heights, near Begur main road (Bannerghatta road), where they had launched 2BHK flats at approximately Rs. 35 lakhs, and the prices appreciated to a whooping 50 lakhs+ within just 2 years.
